A “General Roof Condition Report” with aerial photos of the building site and structure will be included pinpointing any areas of concern with close up detailed images.

A “Detailed Roof Condition Report” also provides measurements for the roof areas, pitch, gutter lengths, widths and depths to allow for hydraulic calculations to be made and assess whether the drainage system complies with current Australian Standards. 

These reports will enable your business to make an informed decision on whether an Asset preventative maintenance program, and /or rectification works is required.

The drone inspection also mitigates the OH&S risk and the time required to carry out a physical roof walk inspection by facility maintenance staff.
